The Board of Directors approved during its meeting on Thursday 28/12/2023 the increase in the capital of the subsidiary company – Sanam Limited – Dubai (which is 100% owned by Sanam Real Estate Company) to reach AED 50 million through the entry of an investor of 50% of the subsidiary's capital (AED 25 million – cash increase).
