SANAM Contributes to Germania Medical Center and Forms Strategic Partnership with Al-Jarallah German Medical Center
SANAM Holding Group, through its subsidiary Medcap Medical, has invested in Germania Medical Center located in Hawalli Governorate, under the management of Al-Jarallah German Medical Center Company. This investment represents a strategic addition to SANAM's healthcare portfolio, which was initiated last year with the launch of its first medical center in the Capital Governorate.
Germania Medical Center holds a strong market position and provides specialized medical services, contributing to strengthening the Group's presence in the healthcare sector.
In line with SANAM Group's expansion strategy, the Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Al-Jarallah German Medical Center Company. Under this partnership, both medical centers will operate under Medcap Medical, alongside the entry of Kuwait Medical International as a strategic shareholder. This structure enhances operational capabilities and supports future growth and expansion plans.
